We are holding two herding demonstrations on Saturday August 13th at 10 am and 3 pm for Vermont Open Farm week.

Watch Border Collies at work. Our dogs will do a demonstration of their daily jobs. Learn about the historical use of a variety of breeds of sheep dogs to manage livestock and the history of Border Collies. We will talk about what it takes to train a dog, what their jobs are and how they make our life easier on the farm. Afterwards, enjoy a bit of ice cream with maple syrup topping from our own sugar bush.
